Damn Clutch

I recently rebuilt my 4g63 and its runnin like a top after a few tunings. But now that i realised my tcase was 23 spline and my center shaft is a 22 i took it off. but with it off the clutch slips a lot. *I know i shouldnt drive without the tcase or I'll burn my viscous coupler but whats done is done and I have a spare.* Would the clutch be slipping because it doesnt like the tcase not being there? or because my pressureplate needs to be machined again

Are you sure you have not toasted the viscus coupling? Why not get the coupling eliminator or just get the correct t-case?

would the coupler being toast make it seem like my clutch is slipping? and I am waiting for my Tcase to come form montreal. Its been two weeks... F*** FedEx

yeah it will make it seem like its slipping. a buddy of mine toasted his t case and drove it around for a few days with out. yes it felt like the clutch was slipping because your center is basically an open diff so it will send power to the path of least resistance out the t case. and yes you will burn up the vce sooner rather than later

How long till I have burnt my VC I've on;y driven once or twice short distance. Could i find out when i get my new tcase and lift up all 4 tires and spin one of the front and if the backs spin its fine? or how can I tell if my VC is pooched
