cylinder 3 misfire

I've got my oil changed yesterday and they told me my tps is throwing error and also have missfire on cylinder #3. I've had a cel on since 2nd day of car purchased(new) and it still comes on & off occasionally. And i've put in a set of new accel thurdersport wires about 4months ago, put in new set of bpr6es plugs about a month ago. I don't know what's going on. Since we have same symtom(misfire#3) w/ same plug wires(accel), and i wonder if the wires are the cause??? Let me know if you find anything... or anyone might help??
Thanks in advance,

I've seen the same problem alot and I had that problem myself. It shouldn't be the accels because mine was throwing that code on stock wires. I changed the wires to accels and it seems to be almost all fixed. I have seen people try new wires/plugs/ and coilpack and still have problems. I dunno if its ECU related but there was some thread awhile ago on the possible reasons for this and I can not remember what it said. Hopefully someone figures it out.

OK, I took out those 550cc Injectors out of the car and put the stock 440's back in there and the car ran fine.

I sent the 550cc's out to get clean and flow tested and the results showed that they were so good that it didn't even needed to be cleaned at all. But $56 is worth a peace of mind.

Heres my Theory. I had the 550's in there for 2 hours that ran fine and after that the misfiring came and the car bucked like hell after I go WOT. Could the problem be that the STOCK rewired fuel pump isn't supplying enough fuel for the 550's that will cause the last cylinder to misfire?
