It's 9cm2 or .68 a/r according to FP themselves

that's correct and you can push that housing very far! I pushed that housing on our stock block car to 650whp @ 37psi. Did not log back pressure but im sure it was up there. Nevertheless it made the power and performed well

Yikes, I'm running the BEP Bolt-on housing. I am sure that this will be the weak link in my entire setup. I'm not sure how far a .55 AR housing is going to affect me.

Not much. A 58mm HX40 in a .55 bolt-on housing has gone 11.0 on a bad launch and trapped 139mph. Your H1E is has a bigger compressor than that HX40.

Hugo, what did you pay for the turbo and machining costs of the turbine wheel?

Adam's (black_gst) turbo guy did the machining. Don't remember numbers, but the price was reasonable. I purchased the turbo from JusMX141. Mine came with the 8 blade 60mm version.
