Damn, that's fast. I've had mine in My Ebay Summary for a week, just about to pull the trigger on this sum'abiootchhh!

Being that I live in Missouri, it can be 70 degrees in the morning and a snow blizzard in the afternoon, that's what happen, my car slid into a curve and the front lip got ripped off, when I had ordered it, it was the last one they had in stock...I go back to order this one and now I'm waiting a month...just my luck

just put mine on not too long ago. I need to take the bumper off and trim it some more, its kind of pushing up against the intercooler.

You mean the lip is pushing the bumper up into the intercooler?

It looks like to me that the bolts pushing the bumper opening up.

No the bumper itself is pushing up against the intercooler. Has nothing to do with the lip, sorry for the confusion.

For once in a lifetime I can say i'm happy to live in Spain.
I have that lip on my 2G GS-T from like 2 years ago and it only cost me 21 euros.

It's sad that shipping from Spain to USA costs so much.

The problem is that the Cupra R lip if made in America wouldn't be worth $33. It would still be as much as it is here.

Started to sand down the tabs today with a palm sander. Did a good job. The two center pieces are a lil long for a sander. I might need to cut them down.

I used a razor blade for the tabs, worked good!

I already had my bumper off when I was about to install mine so thats how I did it.

How far down did you bring the two center tabs? I'm down to where they have the piece in the middle of the V.

You have to lay down the lip reversed toward the floor. Then shave the tabs 'till everything is flat to the floor.
