Ok I did a search and all I found was info on where to get a UDP, which I might do but my question at this time is what is the proper way to install the crank pulley? The Haynes manual doesn’t say anything on how to put it back on. Also anyone with a udp are they easer to put on?

The proper way? There's a special tool from Mopar for this job. I suppose using that tool is the proper way.

A lot of people have emulated the specialized tool by using a piece of threaded rod (it's a metric size), a socket, and a nut and washer. Thread the rod into the crankshaft, then put the UDP over the rod, then the washer, and thread on the nut. Drive the UDP all the way down by tightening the nut with a wrench.

I, however, just line the UDP up on the crank, then give it a few whacks with a mallet. I use a small piece of 2" threaded steel pipe (~4" long) with a cap on one end to distribute the force of the blows a little better. Once the UDP is sufficiently on the crank, I use the crankshaft bolt to finish the job.

They usually are. You'll still need to use one of the methods I outlined above for any good UDP, but I've seen cheaper ones that just slip on by hand.
