My crank pulley went bad so i need to change it but i could not find one for a reasonable price, plus i am not sure if i want a stock one, but for now i am using an underdrive light pulley (got it for free while i can figure out what i wanna get). I know the light pulleys are not for us because they don't have dampers on them but would it be okay to drive around in it? Will it do anything to my crank?

My other question is; Do you guys think i should get another OEM pulley or the Fluidapmer one? How much power can the OEM pulley withhold, and how much abusing?

I also have a light pulley Im interested in this answer as well.

Ok so don't use undamped crank pulley will you still see an increase if you use a lighter ps, water, alt pulley?

If your profile is up to date, the stocker should have no problems holding up to all your setup can throw at it & for some this is true while other seem to have issues with even brand new OEM balancers coming apart well before they should. I personally picked up the Fluidampr, just so I wouldn't have to worry about replacing the dampner again anytime soon.

yeah i think i am going to get the fluidampr, because even my mechanic told me that if you keep abusing the OEM damper a lot it will come apart real quick, and i am not about to take that chance since it happend once alerady, by ripping a chunk of the timing belt OUCH, but at least know i have a kevlar one:thumb:
