QUESTION THE FIRST :

I just replaced my clutch/flywheel with all ACT... and the shop that put it all in said my slave cylinder was fairly worn and might not last much longer, and that I should probably look into upgrading with better parts on account of having a much stiffer and more aggressive clutch.

What kind of upgrades are there for the slave/master cylinders? Or are factory replacements just fine when they're new?

QUESTION THE SECOND :

I'm still slowly tweaking my S-AFC, and getting my A/F ratio where it should be. I know that most people seem to be hovering around 10 on pump gas... but is that through ALL rpm's?

I have a pretty big turbo at the moment (t3/t4), and i don't start building boost until around 4grand, and don't hit full boost until after 5grand.

Should I be just as rich before boost kicks in, or more on the leaner side? As of right now, the AFR is much leaner before boost really hits, and that's how it was before I started tweaking it too.

As well, related to this... where should I be looking for AFR when I'm under under lower throttle? And at idle?

1st question.. just use the oem parts, Ive used clutches from soft to my left foot goes numb hard. And the oem work fine.

2nd question: we need more info, what are your supporting mods, what kind of t3/t4, trim size etc. a AFC can really screw up your shizzle if you dont know what your doing

Like dana said, OEM works good for the 1st question.

2nd question. Generally you start leaning out as you reach redline. The whole idea is to make sure you are not leaning out a lot. Lean = holy shit bad. But we do need more information. Be careful with S-AFC tuning. Do you have injectors and a fuel pump to compensate for the turbo? I wouldn't touch fuel too much until you have a solid understanding of how your mods are affecting your A/F. How much fuel are you up? 10%?

#1 : In that case, do you guys know a good place online to get OEM parts cheaper?

#2 : I bought the car pretty heavily modified already... I've replaced some stuff, and tried my best to figure out what else is done to the car. A list of mods is in my profile :\

K&N intake, "TURBOCHARGER" (eBay?) t3/t4 hybrid turbo, Turbonetics Deltagate Mark II wastegate, xs-power (eBay?) turbo manifold, full unknown turbo-back exhaust, unknown front-mount intercooler, unknown fuel pump and fuel injectors, Fluidamper harmonic balancer, MSD digital Ignition control, AEM Wideband A/F Ratio gauge, AEM TruBoost boost controller/gauge, AutoMeter Fuel Press gauge, A'Pexi S-AFC 2 unit...

To answer your question, I don't really know much about the turbo other than it's some cheap t3/t4... I spent hours and hours researching what the S-AFC does and how to use it, and I am confident enough in what I am doing to tweak it tiny bits at a time...

As far as leaning out towards redline, according to the gauge, I am doing exactly the opposite of that. i'm probably around 16 at idle... and that slowly moves down as I approach full boost, just over 5 grand, where at the moment, the ratio hovers around 10. I should also add that my "wideband" doesn't go below 10:1, so... I'm not sure how I'm supposed to monitor/keep track under 10...

As far as the injectors/fuel pump... to be honest, I don't know 100% what's going on there. There's hardly a bolt on part on the car that ISN'T aftermarket of some kind. The fuel pump is louder than factory, and there is a fuel pressure gauge that reads upwards of almost 60PSI at times; and as I've understood, that is far more than factory...

As far as how much fuel I am up... I'm not sure I understand the question... what's the correction on the S-AFC? Or what?

You'll have to bare with me here... I only got this car 2 months ago. I've done so much work on it already and am still learning about everything that was on it prior to me getting it. I don't feel like I'm in over my head here yet, but I know it's going to be a bit before I know this car front-to-back.

What's the easiest way to figure out what injectors and fuel pump might already be on the car?
