couple of questions need asnwered fast!!!!

hi i have a couple of ?s i am re building my engin its a 2gen talon i am on a stock head i was wondering if it would do me any good to port my exhause mani and o2 housing. also i am looking for info on how to do it other then vfac and how much i can port the runners of my head. looking for somthing that has been spifically done to a 2g . i also am looking for a procedure for the 2g balence shaft elim kit on putting it in for 2g the v fac has one but its for a 1g if they are exactly the same feel free to corect me ao please post your sites.

Yes it is a good idea for yo to port your exhaust main and O2, the faster you can get out you exhaust the better.

ok but i need sites on the guides to doing the porting. i also need sited on ballence shaft elim kit. i need to know how much i can port out of the mani and the head. do i just gasket match it or do i port less or what need a site with the procedure.

porting is easy. get a die grinder [ air or electric, your choice ] and get carbide and stone burrs. use a big carbide bit to do most of your porting, then switch to a smaller one to smooth it out.. then switch to a stone dremel to completely smooth the bish out.

p.s, metal shavings that become splinters hurt
