Yes i have searched. How much would it be (approximate figure) to buy a used 6bolt with a boatload of miles and rebuild it to factory perfect specs?

Are you sure? I always thought it was $2,000 with a $500 core charge. If you don't give them your core, you pay $2,500.phastalon said:You should be able to get it back to factory specs for around $1500. Buschur charges $2000 for their stage 1 shortblock and once you get the $500 core back, you're down to $1500.
Send Buschur your core to rebuild and voila, $1500 and the peace of mind that Buschur just built you a solid bottom end.
