Well there is no body/structure forum, so I thought I would post in Bolt on tech. I am rebuilding my '97 GST I bought wrecked, and it needs a core support and a little bit of the inner structure for the passenger side fender. One of the local salvage yards has a NT 2g, and they will cut the core support and structure all in one piece and give it to me for a great deal ($150.)
I was just wondering if it would work. I am going to be using a short-route FMIC, so I don't need the smic outlet hole or mounting holes on the structure, and I can't really think what else might be a problem, except a Turbo radiator on the NT core support. Do any of you know if this would for sure be a problem; or if at least for sure the fender structure would work?
I plan on taking some pictures and comparing what is left of my core support and structure to the NT car at the yard, but if you guys know for sure if it will work or not, that would make my job a LOT easier.
Thanks,
Blake
