Hello, I have a few questions about the Corbeau a4 seat. On Corbeau's website, it says that this seat is for minimal headroom applications. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this seat will be lower than the stock power seat.

I am asking because I can hardly fit in my car. It's a pita to drive around town because my head is pressed against the roof. On the freeway, it's no big deal cause I lean back. It's hard to drive leaning back though, so I am thinking that when I autocross in the future I will need to be sitting upright. I don't wanna do the gangsta lean. Also, will the Corbeau Forza seats sit lower? I am open to fixed back seats as long as they sit nice and low. My plan is to use Corbeau's bracket with no slider.

Another question: Can Removing the headliner on a sunroof model give me a couple inches more headroom. And Is there anybody that has ripped appart the stock seat to remove cushioning for more headroom. Basically open to ideas, so throw them out there. If worst comes to worst, I will have to get a kirkey racing aluminum seat, but that is the last option. Thanks. :thumb:

I'm really interested to hear your results, can any one chime in? I'm also going to be in the market to lower the driver's seat so I can have a little helmet room.
