I have a 4g64 turbo with a 12 inch and 14 inch fans. The 12 is always on and the 14 comes on when the car heats up. The problem is that my car never reaches the middle of dial when other fans goes on. But if I let the car sit for longer than a minute in 40* weather, it will start to piss coolant out of the overflow bottle.

When the car reaches the middle of the dial which I thought was the desired temperature the coolant starts to flow through the radiator. If I leave my radiator cap off I never see the coolant flowing through, no matter how long it sits.

The thermostat is cheap and easy to replace, I don't think that I would recommend anything else until you do that first.
