So I have another thread open about how I'm on my 3rd head gasket that failed to seal. However this is a different question about it so I figured id start another thread. The other thread is here:

Needless to say, I have coolant in my oil, blowing tons of white smoke, and so much cylinder pressure leaking into my cooling system that you can see it coming out from my water neck with the cap off like it's a second tailpipe. This all happened after a long 4th gear pull. It wasn't mixing prior to this pull at all. I still have no idea why I'm blowing these gaskets so if you have any input PLEASE chime in on the thread above. It gives all the info.

Now, my main concern is the coolant in the oil. What I need to know is can I get it all flushed out without pulling the whole motor? Or once they mix are the rod and main bearings toast? The car was driven maybe a mile and idled for about 5 minutes after it blew and they mixed before I noticed. If it can be flushed out how would I go about doing it?

I don't like the oil/coolant mix just sitting in my engine. Would it help at all to drain the coolant completely out of the system so they don't mix, change the oil, and run some clean oil through it?

Pull the pan and check the rod caps. Personally id run a couple oil changes with cheaper oil and .5-1qt marvel mystery oil/atf to really clean things out, then run it if the bearings dont look trashed. If theres any indication of damage, start looking at pulling the motor for full inspection.

Okay I will give that a shot. Worst case scenario I end up having to pull it anyways. I'm going to try a new head and some L19 head studs to try and fix my issue with my head gaskets that are continuously blowing. If this one doesn't seal for some reason then I'm just going to pull the whole motor and O-ring it. I'm sick of doing head gasket jobs.
