coolant leak, engine wont' start now??

ok, my friend was driving on the highway and then noticed his car was overheating.
He pulled over at my friends place and noticed one of his water lines had a leak and was blowing out all the coolant.
After replacing that line and refilling radiator with water the car won't start.
Any ideas?

Does the car turn over or does it just do nothing at all when you turn the key?

hey the same thing is happeneing to my talon but i also replaced the spark plugs and the wires at the same time that i fixed the coolant leak. mine turns over. i hope we can figure this out
