ok so I got a 95 talon non turbo 5 spd. right behind the exhaust manifold under the freeze plug I think is some sort of bulge or cap of some sort I cant see clearly cause the manifold and heat shield are in the way. I cant take the heat shield off as the bolts will likely snap. does anyone know what this is or what I am talking about and an action to stop the leak. it seems to only leak when the car is running temp. thank you.

420A? If it is, you have a freeze plug inline with cylinders #1 and #4

If it only leaks with the engine running, the expanding pressure of coolant is weeping through the freeze plug.

The fix, simple, remove the old freeze plug and install a new one.

I don't think its the freeze plug. it something under the freeze plug. likei don't know how else to explain it but it looks like a small bulge coming out of the block but it looks solid NOT like a cap or nething but like a cast hump or something

ok see the hole under the dip stick well the one next to it... the bulge right next to that.

the hole to the right of the "under the dipstick hole"

That just made it confusing. Out of the 3 below the dipstick tube is it; left, middle, or right? (right being the middle of the block)
