Can you tell me what this part is

I have an Oil leak its coming from this spot circled in green get really bad the bottom of my car is geting sprays of oil and the smeel is really really bad people drive 6 cars lengths behind me i think it the smell.

Sorry here are all the pics I have The metal is the problem where the arrow meets the metal is the problem there like a little crack or some thing you can't even feel lit

It sounds like maybe your oil pan is cracked. I still need better pictures and/or a better description to give a more accurate diagnosis, though.
