coolant hoses???

Ok guys I have another problem. I searched but cannot find a problem like mine. My car is overheating due to the fact that Im leaking coolant. The reason why its leaking is because my hoses are soaked! I've replaced them 3 times and still the same results. Anybody know why my hoses are soaking up the coolant?? Its only wet at the end of the hoses. Thanks!

Clamps not tight or cheap hoses, or perhaps someone put in some "cleaner" or something that eats away the hoses in which case the system needs to be flushed.
