Control arm replace, alignment?

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.

It will not "mess up" your alignment unless you adjust, loosen or remove your tie rods/rod ends.

Depending on how bad your ball joints and control arms may be in it may be wise to align it afterwards because of excessive play prior to replacement.

Even if you don't touch your tie rods, the alignment will be altered. Do an alignment, save your tires.
