I just got done changing my HVAC unit so it will glow blue and now im looking to get some new gauge faces that glow blue. i Went on Ebay and every gauge that was for 99 NT Eclipse like mine were different. On my RPM gauge it redlines at 7k and goes up to 9k but all the ones listed redlined at 6.5k and went to 8k. i looked EVERYWHERE and found the same thing, am i just not looking in the right place or are my gauges different for some reason. The speed gauge was the same, its just the RPM gauge. any help would be appreciated. Thanks :dsm:

redline is in a diff place then factory on my indiglows to.
for some reason i think all or most manufactures either got it wrong - or have some
other reason for doing this. i wouldnt let somthin like that stop you from gettting what you want.

did you get the indiglo HVAC gauges? i can't find them on ebay anymore..where did you get yours?

No. i actually got a LED replacement bulb that glows blue and replaced the bulb behind the HVAC, it works perfect, couldnt ask for better. IM me and i will give you the Email of the guy i bought them from

Just 1 LED worked? 1 was way too dim, I ended up using 5. 1 for each dial and 2 for the lever.

yea i plugged it into the original bulb(with and orange cover) that was right beneath the A/C button and it illuminated all the buttons. no dark spots or anything

damn, i only used one and ground it down a bit so it wasnt as directional. in addition mine is setup so that it is a little bit, so the strongest fan setting is the brightest spot. :)

ok we got a little off topic a bit. if anyone knows of a nice indiglo gauge set with the proper RPM gauge (7-9k redline)i would like to know about it. thanks

blackcatcustom.com they will make you any gauge faces you want, lit up in any backround color you want, etc....etc......they do very good work........ :dsm:

I know I've seen em before for the ones that you want. It might be specifically listed as manual transmission but I'm not sure on that. I just got mine in the mail yesterday but I have the ones that go to 8 RPMs which is how it is stock anyways. The ones I purchased actually have the choice of Blue/Green.

They do the different redlines in the 1g's and the 2g's for the N/T guys. Maybe its a carryover from the 1g 1.8 liter? THis SIte has the choice of the 8,000 OR 9,000 RPM gauge for turbo 2gs and 1gs. CLICKY

Pro-car parts have the rights ones. The redline is different on turbo/nonturbo and the picture isn't always the right one (used to give an idea).

Import Intelligence has the 2G gauges w/ redline from 7-9. They have tons of colors for custom looks or whatever, and arent more than $35 + S&H. So check them out and here is a link right to the 2G N/T Eclipse Gauges: 2G N/T Gauges

They are just overlays though. Your gauges will still light up the stock orange color

speedhut.com's look damn good and are very customable for like $70 something.
I got some metallic silver face w/ blue light background that says turbo TSI in big letters. looks good and not tacky or anything. plus got a matching 2" boost gauge though they quit selling those kind. Supposedly there coming out w/ EGT and other matching gauges that match your indiglos perfect. Just telling you what worked for me....
