Just did 1g head swap and couldn't fit my old filter on my turbo so left it off for a day and odds would have it I sucked up my o2 sensor wire. :( Slightly chipped one fin and slightly bent two others. Now I can't get any boost, I didn't think that such a small chip and slight bend would have this big an effect on my car. Just wanted to make sure I shouldn't be looking for another cause. Any one else experience anything like this before?

 Sounds like you just had an expensive lesson. More than likely you have imbalanced the turbo or bent the shaft. Start looking for a good overhaul shop. Forced Performance, Slow boy racing, or someone. The other option is turbo upgrade. Make a good inlet filter combo before you toast another turbo. Sorry for the bad news.

He's 100% right, how cute though, you're first blown turbo. Now you have an excuse to upgrade woo hoo!!!
Whenever running the car on the street, do yourself a favor and stop by homedepot performance for some metal bug screen and an appropriate hose clamp. Dont ever run around town with that thing exposed.
