could any of these be causing this..

1. no gasket on the bov, just rtv
2. the line from the intake manifold to the bov is T'd to the wastegate temporaritly because i dont have my mbc i am getting it tomorrow

this all started after my fmic install,

do you think one day of driving has damaged my turbo, im really nervous now

I compressor surged the hell out of a 14b I had and it lasted over 10 months, eventually it ate up the bearing and smoked like crazy. One day isn't going to kill it. Your wastegate and bov should not be tied into the same line, run separate lines. If you need a pressure port, get a brass barb from any hardware store, drill a hole into your piping (after your intercooler for best response), tap it (or if you have aluminum piping, just thread it in) and screw it in with some sealant tape on the threads.

does this sound like compressor sure,
at low boost the bov flutters, kinda sounds like a ssq bov,
i wasnt building much boost because i was iffy about where i t'd the wastegate line,

You want a direct line from a pressure source to the bov and a direct pressure source to the wastegate. You do not want a T in either of the two. If you have the vacuum going to the bov T'd, all the vacuum is being split between two devices meaning half the vacuum is affecting the device. Your bov isn't reacting as fast as it needs to be because it does not have all the vacuum it needs to react fast.

so why is it ok to hook up a mbc the way we do.

sorry about all the questions.thanks for aswering them

Its not!!

Run the Bov directly off the intake manifold with no Ts although it may still flutter did you crush the BOV??

It also sounds as if youve been reading the Taboo speed shop vaccuum diagrams. DONT THEY ARE WRONG! Your boost controller should be off a boost source such as a j-pipe nipple Never ever to the bov into this line!!

MBC should be ran between your wastegate and the nipple on your j-pipe.

Your BOV should be ran off post TB intake manifold vac/boost port.

Unfortanetly since your BOV is not crushed I am not sure why your getting flutter???
Ive heard rumor this can be linked to vac/boost leaks but nothing Ive seen firsthand at this point. My crushed BOV flutters at low boost but doesnt at full boost. So for now Im just making sure I hit full boost when I do LOL
