Well today I decided to do a compression test and numbers came out to first cylinder 175, second cylinder 180, third cylinder 175 and fourth cylinder 180. I am sure if these numbers are good or not. The car has about 117,500 miles on it and is using some oil just wondering if the numbers are okay or should I put some new rings in.

thats pretty good. i think a good number to have is 185. 145 is the service limit. that sounds like a healthy engine

Cool, I really try to take care of it as much as I can I am wondering from the useage of oil would it be valve stem seals? Sounds like that might be it.

i have no clue what it could be, i just found out mine is too. for some reason my dipstick doesnt work(sounds funny doesnt it)as when i take it out to get a read, the whole thing is smeared with oil. but when i was cleaning out my car today i found my last oil change overview sheet(too lazy to change it myself) and i noticed on the bottom that it says "Had low oil when brought in". so i have no clue what that is from. i wonder if its always said that?

Our cars generally eat oil (not tooo much) always keep a close eye on it.....Chris go to satan & get a new dipstick or order a "fancy" one online (PS i think the fancy one will be cheaper :p )
