Hey guys, just did a compression test and here's the results.

178 160 165 175

I know those numbers aren't too bad, but I'm more worried about the inconsistency. When I pulled the plugs, plugs 2 and 3 were in worse shape than the other two as far as carbon build up. I've ordered new plugs, but I'm just curious as to why there would be such a jump in numbers between cylinders. Thanks.

No one is going to be able to say why the large range in numbers. Run some cleaner like "sea foam" through it and see if level out. Does the car run ok? if it does dont worry about it till they get worse.

I had 155/150/105/155 on my car and it still ran pretty decent. But then i pulled the head off to fix it.

I have 125/125/125/125 and the car runs damn good still, tdo5h/20g spools around 4000rpm. Which is about where it should be anyway. Can't find a place with a leakdown tester so I'm stuck untill I do.

Yeah, car runs fine, no problems at all. I'll try a cleaner and see if that helps. Thanks guys.
