I now have moved on to test fitting the new Sparco Circuit seat that I have. I also decided to upgrade to a much better harness too, I decided on the Schroth Profi II Hans 6pt. Schroth supplies harnesses to all the Nascar teams, probably 50% of the F1 teams, and Porsche Motorsports uses only Schroth. I once had a Team Tech 4pt harness, and the difference in quality is very evident. What I like is the 2" lap belt. If you have experience with a 3" belt, they get bunched in the harness holes in the seat and are just bulky. Schroth did include eyebolts and mounting plates with the harness which was nice. One thing to always consider when buying a harness- the more you pay, the nicer the harness. It's just how it goes. There are $200 harnesses on the market that will work just fine, but the difference is in the materials (webbing, buckles, adjusters, etc). If you have the money, get a good harness. I might just end up getting the budget $200 Schroth harness for the passenger seat. I don't care if the passenger has to deal with thick uncomfortable webbing. :)
The Sparco Circuit seat is exactly what I was looking for. My Sparco Evo seat will become my passenger seat. I like both seats, but both seats serve a different purpose.
I did end up mounting my 2 substraps to the same eyebolt. I didn't feel like drilling two holes in my floor. It is completely OK to mount both substraps to the same eyebolt, just make sure you have eyebolts large enough to fit 2 clips. The belts in Porsche 911 RSR and GT3 Cup cars come mounted from the factory this way.
Enjoy the pictures!

Thank you! It's tough at times because it's so labor intensive. I have a list a mile long in my mind at the moment, and for some reason I think this will spread to the engine bay with a full brake line tuck, wire tuck, repaint. I need to balance expectations with reality-- maybe some more support from Tuners would help also! :)

I agree, it gets complicated but take a look at my build, it seems like it will never get done, but whenever I finnish one thing and see it completed I just set back and smile.:D

I think I want to relocate the fuse box to the interior. That's where the fuse box is on most race cars. I guess it comes down to extending some wires. My buddy who works on a race team here said during some off-time he'd help me wrap my wiring harness in Raychem.

Its actully not to hard just have to know alittle about eletricisty.im rewraping my harness with braided sleve loom i also separated each plug so i can run them one by one around the block to keep them hiddin.

Your car is definitely one of my favorite dsm's. I can't wait too see what the interior looks like finished

Thanks! The next update I have planned will be laying the paint. I'm kind of stuck where to wire my gauges into the interior wiring harness. I want it clean so nothing looks aftermarket. :-/

Id hide it under the dash if possible but i havent messed with my interior harness only my engine bay harness so im not sure where you could put it.looking foward to the next update keep it up man.

I found a spot. I just soldered into my old turbo timer harness. I think I have all the wires for everything in place, just need to hide them now.
