Ok... this week has been busy. I start law school again tomorrow, so I had to make this week count.

This is what I got accomplished.

1. Ordered Link v3 lite and sent off ECU
2. Bought Aeromotive FPR
3. Bought Walbro 255
4. Bought RC 1000cc injectors (I know these are overkill for the e316g, but I'm thinking about playing with e85 too)
5. Bought a Profec B
6. Got a killer deal on a o2 housing and external gate, so I got them. Not sure if I will run them now, but we'll see.
7. Started getting stuff together to move battery to hatch. Just need a box and fabricate a hold down.
8. Got dash taken apart and started moving HVAC controls to upper DIN spot. Gauges will go in heater control holes.

Engine is in, mostly hooked up (only ac lines, ps lines, heater hoses, and some other misc stuff left).

Still have to put CV shafts in, transfer case on, radiator back in, move battery, finish gauge deal, install all crap I bought, fabricate a V-band onto my downpipe (if I run external), fabricate the rest of the exhaust, then should be getting pretty close to done.

Pictures:

Here is an overview of the engine. Sorry about crappy valve cover, but I always use a nasty one to install, as I am prone to putting my hand on it and tossing tools and junk in there.

RC 1000s (yes, I know one is missing an isolator)

And lastly... the o2 housing and wastegate. I know they are not top-shelp parts, so no commentary on that. The price was too good to pass.

Unsure about running them, as it requires me to put a vband on my DP, and the clearance to the oil drain is close. I think I could run an elbow and miss it (maybe a 45)

Any opinions?

alternator clearance is good.. doesn't look like it, but it is.

Here is the tight spot with the drain... I think I could make it work.

The HVAC control project. I have got to notch a couple places and drill 2 holes. Then mount the controls, and make them look nice.

Lastly, it looks better with the weight of the engine... no more 4x4 stance!
