I was driving around on the highway and I pushed the clutch in to shift into 2nd gear when i noticed the clutch is not following my foot back to the disengaged point it will stay decreased and will pop the gear if you don't grab it with your foot or hand. Can someone tell me whats wrong with my clutch? Is it a Disconnected Clutch Cable or what?

If your clutch pedal adjustment is where it should be then you may have a problem with the master cylinder and should be rebuilt or replaced. Check out the link below for more info if you have not already, scroll down to where they start to talk about the clutch.
