Clutch was slipping took it out. DO I need everything including new flywheel or just a disk?

I hate pulling tranny's so I replace, at the bare minimum, the disk, the throw out bearing (OEM) and have the flywheel surfaced with the correct step height. You have what looks like a Southbend SS series plate. Probably a 2300#. I've never surfaced a pressure plate, I've always replaced them if they were in bad shape...because I hate pulling tranny's.

Check first that the flywheel is able to be resurfaced. They can only be resurfaced so many times. I also just replace the pressure plate with the clutch disk. I would also consider the age/condition of the pivot arm and ball. If you yourself have not changed it, then replace those components as well. Competition clutch offers a goof fork that includes the pivot ball. Inspect the rear main seal for the crank as well since you're there. If you resurface the flywheel check the clutch fork position before putting "everything" back together. You can only do this with the trans installed. To shim the pivot ball (if necessary), the trans will have to be removed again.
