My clutch is absolute garbage. It's the stock clutch at 120,000. I was just wondering after looking at it if it is possible to do the clutch without pulling the transmission. Like by pulling the passenger wheel and taking off the plastics ad than going at the tranny.
 
At that point you can just drop the trans out the bottom anyway. Simple answer: The trans must to be completely removed to do a clutch swap. It's not that difficult.

Your gonna crease up your friction surface trying to fit it all in there. Believe it or not it will be easier and faster just to drop the transaxle.
