clutch questions

I just replaced the master and slave for my clutch about 6 months ago.. when I push the pedal and release there is a slight squeak noise. Also recently, the pedal stuck to the floor. I had to manually return it to the up position. Do I need to just adjust the clutch per jacks transmission video? Or should I check something else first? I just moved to ny and am waiting on my talon to be shipped here. Just want to know where I should begin. Thanks!

The squeak noise not sure check slave, and clutch cylinder for leaks, and tears, then go from there.

There is no leaks. The resivor stays full as well.

Squeaks not sure, did you bleed system, sounds like the slave is bad, it shouldnt stay down there.

If the slave is bad it will leak fluid in to the boot. If it isn't leaking it isn't bad. Most likely the seal on the end of piston in the the master is damaged, or the rod has actually came up hooked from the pedal.

sounds like your not done bleeding yet..........your clutch that is did you bench bleed the master first?
as for the squeak check all pivot points under the dash as you push the clutch with your hand i'd check those first. shouldn't be too hard to pinpoint that problem

It happened when going on the freeway. When I made it home, let it sit for 30 minutes, checked for leaks then took it back out, the pedal was acting fine. Only difference was I had to push it in farther for it to shift gears

If the system isn't bled correctly. Wouldn't this problem occur a lot sooner? Its been about 6 months if not longer since the master and slave cylinder have been changed.
