Ok recently got my tranny replaced, tranny guy says the clutch is REALLY worn, didn't look too bad, just worn from being used. (FX400 6 puck) anyway i got the car today and everything was goin great. Then i started from a stop on a hill (going up) and i was putting it in first and it didnt seem to go in all the way WTF grinds and almost stalls. so i have to put it back in neutral and push the rest of the way in first and it works. NEXT im driving in the lot at work and everything's going fine. I stop at a sign and my clutch pedal (which is rather stiff) is still fully pressed to the ground... so i shift into first. im thinking my clutch is out so i just shift into second and it shifted.... (again WTF kind of face goin on) then i park and PULL my clutch pedal up into regular, now it feels like the everyday lose clutch... not to mention it also engages literally not even an INCH off the floor... i also now have quite the b**** of a time getting all the way into first. At this moment in time I'm thinking mismatched tranny.... or a bad master/slave cylinder.... good thing i got a 1 year warranty on that thing

hate to think this way but maybe the Hispanic mechanics messed something up
(not racist in ANY way) either way im lost, can i get some guidance?
EDIT*
oh yea... also have some fluid leaking.... smells like tranny fluid >.> feels like tranny fluid <.< please god dont be tranny fluid
