clutch is light and stuck to the floor once

I jsut rebuilt everything on my car. I have a leak at the transfer case/driveshaft, i think it sthe gasket intheir. And my act 2600 feels just as light as a stock clutch. I also ahve a 6puck sprung hub, and its all easy engagement.. Did i do something really bad? I bled the lines, and checked for leaks, i have a ss soft line if that matters. Any ideas??

Are you sure that there is no air in the lines?

im gonna bleed it for hours tonight, then if its too light still, i'll check the slave cylinder and get a new one.
