I have an aftermarket clutch system act 2600 clutch with pressure plate... and i presume the stock 21 year old clutch fork was still in there.. My cars sitting at my buddies, I was wondering if its cool if i just started my car in 3rd gear and cruised home i live like 10 miles home.. and just drive her in 3rd... do you think the other half of the clutch fork in the transmission would hurt anything on the way back to my house??... i have no money for a flatbet... What do you guys recommend i do??? And what clutch fork should i order for my act 2600.. Any help is appreciated thanks ;)

you can just buy a new clutch fork from STM. i also recomend buying the pivot ball. i had the same issue happen to me with the same pressure plate. and the reason why it happened was because the pivot ball was not shimmed and the clutch fork was hitting the bell housing and caused the fork to break. so when you redo it defiantly look into shimming the pivot ball or you will break the new one.

LOL I got you PM me your email and I can send you some pics of It. I purchased It a couple of month's ago thinking I would need but ended up finding out that I didn't need It at all............. Just let me know
