Ever since I got my clutch installed, its been never ending problems. First I had the clutch pump up, but then I fixed that when I found out how to properly adjust the engagment.

My current problem now is that my clutch engagment is hard. I adjusted the rod perfectly and even though its ridiculously hard, it still engages, but after driving it for 30 minutes, the engagment get closer to the floor and it gets spongy like its getting air in the system. I have bled the system countless times and each time, air is in the system. After I have bled the system, its still hard engagment, but it still engages. Now heres the thing. When I adjusted the master cylinder rod all the way out, it shifted amazingly smooth and had perfect engagment...for like 10 minutes and then I get clutch pump up, the clutch pedal would get hard and the engagement kept rising and rising. Its getting frustrating. What do you guys suggest I do? Any ideas on how it gets air in the system? When I did the cluch install, I also replaced the slave and master with oem ones, still getting air in system, thought that one cylinder thing next to the slave was bad, i think its called the clutch dampener, I replaced that $70 piece and still more air in system. Thanks

im not trying to be a ass when i say this but you need to figure out where your getting air in your system from. it could be from defective oem parts.

find your leak and adjust your peddle...

I figured that there is a leak in the system somewhere. That would suck if there is for the whole hydraulic system is replaced with oem parts. Anyway I'm bringing it to Aamco, they got free diagnoses. I'll keep you updated.
