ok. so i know this is a dragging clutch. EVERY gear is a bi*** to get into. over half the time it will grind. ive replaced the slave cylinder and master cylinder with dsmgraveyard's parts. (equal) ive adjusted the rod on the pedal like jakcs transmissions. and ive bled the living hell outta my system. yet it still wont fully dis-engage.. the clutch is good. i don't know what else i could do, to try and fix this?

Upload a picture of where the clutch fork sits in the bell housing when the car is off.

Also, push on the clutch pedal, then reach down with your hand and pull up on it with a firm tug. If it moves up, you're pedal assembly is worn and you will have issues until its fixed.

its a ACT pressure place with a stock mits clutch.

ive already shimmed the pivot ball so the fork is sitting more towards the slave.

and ill have to check on that pedal. < what will i have to do if my pedal is bad? :(

i am having the same problem with my 93 awd, i had to replace the trans, i put a 90 trans in with 90 cables, shifter, bracket, the master and slave were replaced twice, and the system was bled to the best of my ability, the pedal ass. is in decent condition, the clutch fork sits right, it has an exedy stage 3 disc and PP, i actually drove the car before i got the right cables and bracket with the cables zip tied, and it shifted fine, so idk what happened now it wont go into gear at all just grinds and if put in gear when the car is off then started the car jumps, i did make the mistake of takin it up the road with only one bottle of syncromesh in it, i had forgoten, i would never have done that knowingly, it has the right amount now, so idk if that ruined my trans or what happened, also the clutch has pretty good pressure when you bleed it but then it seems to get a little softer so idk what to do, when i bleed it no air seems to come out anymore, im sorry for such a long post i just want to give everybody all the information they need to help me so if anybody has any info i would really greatly appreciate it, thank you guys by the way i have adjusted the master rod and have the slave extension rod in, im out of ideas guys please help me out

You'll need to replace the pedal assembly. JNZtuning sells a rebuild kit, so does Shep.
