I'm just about finished installing my clutch, and I'm getting an odd noise as I bleed it. Whenever the clutch gets below about halfway (pedal half way to the floor) the clutch makes a creaking sound. It sounds like the TOB is making the pressure plate fingers creak. Is this normal? I'm scared to turn on my car with this noise. Also, no matter how I turn the clutch adjustment rod, it seems as though I cannot get any free play at the top of the pedal travel. I thought I was supposed to be able to move the clutch pedal 2 inches before my slave cylinder rod starts to move, but its almost instantly.
