Hello all! Couple of quick questions (The cars a 92 TSi with a E316g)

When I brake I can hear a clicking noise coming from my left rear brakes. The noise is pretty loud, kind of like something is catching in the slots of rotor. Doesn't click when I back down the driveway, and the pitch/loudness of the clicking doesn't change when I change pedal pressure. I'll pull the wheel off when I get off work in the morning. Ugh.

I have a VPC/GCC combo (god help me.) The VPC is zero'd out since I'm running 11lbs of boost, so the GCC isn't being used at all. I'm just curious what the amber light on the GCC means. I've downloaded the pdf manual but couldn't find anything about the lights. I also noticed I'm missing the air temp sensor for the VPC so I wanted to know what the GM equivalent of it was so I can get a bung/sensor.

Also I have a terrible exhaust leak (I don't build 11psi until 4500 rpm) between the manifold and turbo. The front right bolt that threads into the housing is stripped it seems. Is the easiest way to fix this helicoil or just drill and tap it a bigger thread size.

My front right coilover is also binding when I turn the wheel. Is it incorrect seating or something of that nature?

I'll admit, I don't know much about cars. Just started to get into them recently. This is a project car I picked up for fun, just to work on when I have the spare time. Plenty wrong with it but that's how it goes. Anyway, thanks for looking at this!
