I tried searching and couldnt find anything so here it goes.

Car drained teh battery a few days ago so i went and got another. Drove and ran and started fine for a few days. well i went to start it the other day and it wouldnt so i jumped it and ir idled fine for awhile. I went to drive it and it would click and die but since i was rolling in gear it would come back on and keep moving until i stopped and it shut off and i lost all power. I pulled the battery and charged it since it was dead from all that and put it on my car, turned the key to the on position and my fans fired up and everything read fine. volt gauge said battery was at like 12-13 volts. I loaded all my stuff for the dsm link and then tried to start it up and is clicked and i lost all powers. I shut the key off and then turned it back on and there is a rapid clicking noise under the hood which im guessing is the fan relay and the gauges are dim and kept restting and dieing. Checked all the fuses and all seemed well. Any idea on what else i should check to get this thing running? Thanks in advance.

Check to make sure all grounds are good on the starter? Did you have the alternator tested? My personal opinion would be to think a ground came loose and that's why you're having all the problems. Just throwing you an idea before I head to bed, take it easy man hope you figure it out

Same sort of "clicking noise" happened to me and the car wouldnt do anything. One of my fuses in the box by the clutch had went bad. I think it was heater or ac related. Im not sure but I replaced it and the car started right up. Did you check that fuse box?

Thanks, well the alternator is like a year old and it was damn expensive so im hoping its all well. Ill check all the grounds and such. But like i said, when i but the battery in the last time everything electronic fired up and was working fine, and i connected to the link but once i tried to turn the engine over it just all died. My dad said it might be a short in the ignition switch but i figured that would trip a fuse and wouldnt let anything work when i turned the key to the on position.

I really need to get the car running for monday so any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Check to make sure the battery cables are all tight including the ground fromthe battery to the car chassis. I had same problem and it ended up being the battery ground to chassis somehow loosened up, I tightened it, and never had another problem

Ill be checking all this tomorrow. i guess i must of left a light on to drain the battery originally. Needs a charge again, the car starts and runs on jumper cables but when you disconnect them it will sputter and die.

alternator, and when it dies, and if ## moving, u can either keep poping the clutch, or shift into a higher gear and rev and it'll turn on, check that

Just for another data point, the same clicking noise was happening to me when a local shop damaged my ECU while socketing it. Three blown tracks were the cause of it, according to Dave Mertz when he fixed it.
