Clack sound near cam gears (video included)

My car sounded like that when the balance shaft belt broke and was smacking around in there. Could also be the timing belt rubbing the timing belt cover

Check bs belt, bs bearings and cam timing. I am really guessing that you have a balance shaft bering laying in the oil pan.

What is the history behind the car? Is it new to you? If not, what was done to it before the noise? Did the noise appear out of nowhere or was it progressive. Give some more info so we can properly diagnose it.
