No I mean, when you get a halfcut sent out to someone, do they just weld everything back together? How would they rebuild say, a skyline?
skylines , usually we do weld them back together so they become toys in the drift and drag scene , joined chassis would not be permitted on the roads
thus most RB25 , RB26's go into Nissan Cefiro's and old school cars. Skyline owners that have blown their engines take them as replacements too.
, they are now double in price , looks like wiseco's have become our priority after blowing the stock blocks. The main reason we do not go forged is because our Engineering shops arent that accurate and some do not even know how to read the Manual for clearance & piston ring gapping , but of cos labour is cheap over here , bring down a gearbox and changing to a new clutch only cost $40
