I can usually find what i need to know by searching on here, I've searched for about 2 hours and havn't found anything.

I rebuilt my throttle body Friday night. New shaft seals, new gaskets, new BISS screw, cleaned everything. Got it back on Saturday, My idle was a little high, but I expected I was going to have to adjust the idle screw some.
The problem, When the car is idling, it chirps like a huge cricket. If I raise the rpms to about 2200-2500 it goes away.

Any one have any ideas? I've checked all over the throttle body, there are no leaks anywhere around the throttle body I can find. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Check over on the pulley side of the engine. Sometimes the crank pulley (dampener) can start to separate causing a chirping noise.

just went and checked that. its coming directly from around the throttle body. all vacum lines are good, no holes that I can see. I'm gettin 17in of vacum on my boost gauge(autometer)

any one else?
