I'm going to be doing a timing rebuild here in the next two weeks and ordering it all this week. Just making sure I got everything. I'm also going to throw in some arps while I'm at it with a new HG.
-All accessory belts
-Water Pump
-Timing Belt kit from Parts Dinosaur
4G63 4G63T 2.0 DOHC Timing Belts & Bearings KIT Mitsubishi and Hyundai
-Auto Tensioner
-Possibly new Harmonic Balancer depending on wear.
-Can't decide if I want to do a BS eliminator kit yet. Any thoughts?
-All new seals/gaskets.

I feel like I'm missing something else.

And what is a usually break in procedure or time frame for a new HG, ARPs, and timing components?

I believe the headstuds need to be re torqued after 100 miles. But not sure.

Thanks guys.

Your list looks good, I would suggest going ahead with the BSE Just because your right there and its fairly simple! Im not to sure about the re-torquing of the head studs, but I would imagine that it wouldnt hurt! Maybe someone else can chime in with that info!!
