cheap horsepower?

HI im new at this and tight on cash so is there any ideas for cheap BOLT ON horsepower for my 1990 laser NT fwd Thanks..

buy a 4g63t and drop it in

Get a cheap, hard intake tube, plus a K&N air filter, and hack your aircan. Then, go to a muffler shop and get a 2.5" catback. You can do all this for probably around$3-4, depending on what intake you go with, and what the exhaust piping is made of.
