Ok here's the deal, I am on a really tight budget right now but really need some gauges....

What can you fellas suggest? (looking for at least boost right now, possibly a/f)

Yes I have searched, but none of the threads really suited me.

I'm looking for people that have used cheaper gauges and what they're experience with them were.

Oh and btw I check dsmtrader and the classifieds here pretty frequently....

I would love to get some white faced ones with reverse el glo, but I doubt that is feasible...

thanks fellas :D

I was thinking cheaper than autometer...

last time I checked, an autometer was like 55$ for a boost gauge.

And like I said, I am on a really tight budget.... :(

Thats cheap, hell most guages go for over 100. I saw a/f and boost guages at autozone for 50 bux a piece.

not what I wanted to hear LOL

VDO has a very nice boost/vac gauge for not much, althought it doesn't have the whiz-bang face. It just matches the stock gauges.

You'll save a fair bit by not wasting any on an A/F gauge.

After I do my gauge cluster mod I will sell you my VDO boost gauge...

If you want brand new I went with AC AutoTechnic both I and Firebreatha own them they are real crisp looking and like $5 cheaper then AutoMeter. Also if you look into the right series you can get electronic gauges for the same price as AutoMeters manual gauges. :thumb:

If you want really cheap gauges, go to www.summitracing.com and get the autometer autogauge. I beleive the boost gauge is around $30 but dont expect to get a nice white face or anything fancy. Just a plain black gauge but cheaply priced. I dont think you will find anything really cheaper than that.
