chattering from transmission

hey guys i have a 1g fwd. ive been having a chattering sound from the trans for a while now. it goes away when you push the clutch in. so i figured it was just a throw out bearing. so i went to jnz tuning and got a brand new oem one. i put it on today and it still makes the same chattering sound. does anyone have any ideas to what this could be. thanks in advance.

Sounds like maybe the synchros in the trans are bad.

that could be a possibility. once in a while it grinds into 2nd. also after the car is warmed up and the trans is warm it goes away. and if the synchro is the problem would pushing in the clutch stop the synchro from chattering? i plan to buy a tre or shep trans by next spring or summer. i just want to make this trans last til then

Input shaft bearing?
Had that problem in a honda. Check your fluid level

Oh trust me he has checked that fluid a lot, and replaced it many...many times.
