2G charging system issues

Well i searched everywhere and couldn't find a strait answer on my issue.

Well my alternator when out, and i got a replacement. When i put the new alternator, i put in a volt meter that plugs into the ashtray lighter. at idle, no load, the meter reads 13.8+/-. but what concerns me is under full load (high beams, full ac blowers etc) the its reads really low from 11.8 to 12.8. Also when the system is under full load, and i rev it up a bit the motor will either also stall out or it will stall out. I had the battery charged and tested and the test said it was fine. But what also concerned me was i heard the liquid as i carried the battery splashing. Also my meter has a battery charge indicator which never goes above 50%. Does this mean my battery is dead or maybe a bad wire somewhere?

hearing the liquid in a battery is normal. i would suggest getting your battery rechecked since its never above % or maybe throw a friends battery on and see if anything changes. also make sure the battery terminals are clean

This sounds to me like a bad alternator. Check your ground and power wires to be sure that they are secure and free of corrosion. I would then have the battery tested once again to be safe, but at the same time (if possible) I would have the alternator checked. Try to find a reputable shop that specializes in rebuilding alternators so you know that the testing they perform is accurate.

the alternator is brand new, i had it tested before i left the store.

Check the positive side terminal and the wire that go to it were they connect to the terminal, at the point were the wires connect is has to be clean and these cars are bad about corroding at that point, u may have to cut the wires there and put in a terminal like this see link.
