I just replaced my pedal assembly, and master clylinder, and now i feel hat my engagement point it too high, like haflway through the travel of the pedal.
Which way do i turn the rod under the dash to adjust the height?
Pedal feels good through out the range, i bled it 7 times, waited a few minutes, then bled it 6 times more.
Thanks for any replies.

Honestly though I think that the clutch engagement should be on the high side. I like mine to release closer to the top of the pedal. This is good so that you know that you are disengaging your clutch fully rather than partially. Your tranny synchros will thank me (Especially during spirited runs) :thumb:

^^^True, however, too far up and you have the possibility of not fully engaging the clutch. And, that could lead to a premature clutch failure. From the mouth of Shep himself, he says the best point is when there are approximately 2 or 3 threads left on the MC rod.

Set it to factory specs for the best results, if you don't have a factory service manual, now would be a good time to get one.

not too high or low on the engagement point, in between. and a little bit of pedal play is good because it can prevent you from riding the clutch by accident and premature clutch failure like the other guy said. I just had to redo my master/ and adjustment a couple days ago.
