I live in Decatur/Mattoon IL area and I don't want to have it towed father then 60 miles or maybe a little more. NO AMS I know that's what everyone will say but I don't want to pay the big towing bill for so far. I have injectors 680, turbo FP BIGT28, downpipe, BOV, boost controller, AFR, and I want it all tuned properly where do I go I need help guys and thanks.:(

Here's what happened guys I had the turbo go bad on me. so I took it off and everything and had it rebuilt and I had bought all this extra stuff over the past few months so I wanted to have it all done but I am leaving now so I don't have time to do it. But I have the money to pay someone to do it. :(

you need an AFC or some other tuning device ( MAF-T, DSMlink, etc.) And you'll probably need a bigger pump too.

K...so you just need a tuning device then.

And if you want your work done right, AMS might be your only choice. I'm sure there are other shops out there (non-DSM), but I don't think anyone else is going to be able to sort out the slew of parts you have there.

try renting a tow dolley or something and taking it there yourself to save some cash.

IC.....I thought you wanted to take your car in BEFORE you left for the road.

anway, if you have the money then DSMlink would be best, but an AFC/MAF-T combo would work well too. You just need to find a good tuner if you don't know how to do it yourself.

As for the shop you mentioned, why not call and ask if they do DSM work. If you get a, "What's a DSM ?" then you know to backoff.

Based on their site it seems like they mainly do domestic supercharger work. Doesn't seem like they would know what to do with your stuff.

Theres a shop over in Lake Barrington called Devo Tunning. They specialize in Evo's and DSM's. I might be getting some work done there. Check their website out and give them a call the guy I talked to was cool as hell.

U did read my post. Right thats like 4 hours away from me i would take it AMS first duh LOL i have to tow it. and 4 hours is a little far.
