Center Resonator?

I just installed my new 3' SS exhaust with a 3' high flow cat and a magnaflow muffler to my Megan Down pipe (requires cutting the downpipe to mount the cat in its normal place also the Megan necks down to 2.5' at the tail, so cutting the tail flange off opens it up to 3'). The install shop had to modify the exhaust setup aswell to make it fit, because I was either sent the AWD version exhaust or the manufactorer made the exhaust incorrectly. Either way though, I'm not here to belittle the manufactorer of the exhaust.

What I am here to ask is about the noise. I guess I wasn't prepared for the shear volumn of noise when I hit 3k RPM and then it quickly pitters out. Its not a loudy 'ricey' sound but it is throaty and loud. So I am thinking of finding a high flow 3' resonator to put in the middle of the exhaust to quash some of the noise. Anyone have any ideas, or know of a part like that? The nosie is not intollerable, but I think it would get 'old' after a long drive and throws off my 'sleeper' look that I'm going for. I know I'm sacrificing HP for the sake of hearing...

Do a search on Vibrant resonators. They make a regular bullet resonator with a 3in inlet and outlet. Comes in 12 and 18in lengths. They also make a "super quiet resonator" that looks like a mini muffler.

So I found this Vibrant 3" x 12" SS resonator. Anyone bought it before? Any luck, suggestions comments?
