CEL P0100, not sure what to do

So I started throwing a P0100 shortly after I replaced my starter and started messing with the SAFC2. Any ideas here? Car runs bogs/hesitates like crap when I hit the LO throttle point on the SAFC (25 %) and then it starts to build up after a few seconds and runs normal. Any ideas on what to look for/do?

Gonna go reset the ECU and see if it clears the code.

Reseting the ECU has cleared the CEL for now.
