420a help not sure what to do

All right hello guys was referd to this site by some one on club3g<i have a 00 eclipse> well anyways. I have done a decent bit of work on my 96 rs 420a nothing major. So about a week ago I buy a 97 rs 5 speed with tran/clutch/fly every thing pretty much but the motor. It is in perfect contion no rust anywhere I mean anywhere, 600 bucks. So I have been looking for a motor yesterday i buy a 420a from a 96 gs its just the motor nothing eles. he shows me it has cy 1 intake valves bent and 1 rocker arm broke. well im still missing alot so today i bought a "bad motor" from the junk yard comes with intake man, tho body, exhast manifold, lots of sensors i needed. So now heres what im asking.

What should I do? pull the head off the motor i got by itself and put on the other "bad motor"? or remove all the stuff off the bad motor and put on the other after i replace the intake valves and rocker arm?

also just wondering what would caus the them to bend. it has a new timing belt and water pump but they have 10k or so miles on them. some one told me to just pull the head off now clean it and check piston in cy 1 make sure the tops not messed up.

I havent done a whole lot of work on the 420a's i have could some one telll me where i could get more info on removing the head and all the bolt torx i will need. i Have a repair manual but they arnt always best.
So far im in the car 900 bucks body has 114k miles the bock i got only has 90k miles, the bad motor i have has 144k on it. so i dont think im to far in i have some one that wants to buy it for around 2500 if they dont its still a sweet car to have.

Sorry for any errors in spelling i made hope some one gets back to me id like to know my best option to take also im trying to get the most profit out of this but i dont want to cut major corners and cheat someone/ i mostly work on my 00 gt

Just pull the good head and put it on the bent valve one and if the piston is bad you should be able to just pull the oil pan and swap out the one piston. If its a chilton repair manual I did a engine rebuild using the specs from it and have not touched the engine since in over 50 thousand miles. The cams will have to he pulled off in order to get to the head bolts and the cam gears have to be put back on with the 2.0 side out and not the 2.4 side. Took me a minute to spot that on me engine while I was putting it back together

Listen im sure the timing belt jumped time. Anyways take the good head and put it on the "bad motor" assuming cylinder number 1 dosnt have a hole in the top of the piston. If so swap pistons out. good luck
